FAVORITE January Purchases

As the month of February gets into full swing, I find myself reflecting on the past month and planning for the months ahead. With that being said, I have some favorite purchases from the first month of 2022 that I am dying to share with you guys!

Let’s jump into it.

BLUSH BUTTON TOP FROM DOTTIE COUTURE

Dottie Couture has been my go-to boutique in Indy since I moved to central Indiana in college. They always have such cute clothes and are constantly restocking their racks with new items. They released their Valentine’s Day collection a couple weeks ago, and I JUMPED on this sweater that they released. It is a blush pink, quarter-button up top. Sort of cropped and not tight at all. So cozy. It’s one of the tops I used for my Valentine’s Day photoshoot.

PINK PHOTO BACKDROP FROM AMAZON

I have really been enjoying deep-diving into portraits lately while learning to use my cameras. I bought this bright pink backdrop off of Amazon, and it is SO BEAUTIFUL. It’s so fun to work with, and I absolutely LOVED having it as the background in my latest Valentine’s Day photoshoot. See the picture above. ⬆️

The link is here. I personally bought the 53 in. x 18 ft. backdrop. It’s perfect for self-portraits, vlogging, professional headshots, product photography, and so much more! I hope you have as much fun as I did using this in your next photoshoot!

SKECHERS SOCKS FROM COSTCO

I will always say it – I LOVE Skechers!! I love their shoes. So obviously I was incredibly pumped to see that Costco was selling their socks in bulk. Such a good price ($9.99) and they came in a variety of colors. Run over and grab yours!! P.S. I’m not finding the link to Costco online, but I bought them at the Indianapolis Costco – Castleton location.

38-PIECE FOOD STORAGE CONTAINERS FROM COSTCO

I am nottttt the best cook. BUT that wasn’t going to stop me when I discovered the 38-piece container set for $20 at Costco! What an insane deal!

The set comes with 19 food containers and 19 lids. All different sizes for various food needs. I’ve already started using it on my fruits and veggies for smoothies, and it’s been a game changer. Keeps my food fresher for way longer.

The set is also microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, AND freezer safe. So no worries that anything will get ruined. I got my mom a set for her birthday, because I loved the deal so much.

There was also the same set with glass pieces for $25.

MONDETTA LADIES’ JOGGERS FROM COSTCO

I bought some new joggers from Costco recently. This was my first jogger purchase in a while, and what stuck out to me on the pair from Costco was the price. $14.99 for some (what appeared to be) really soft, attractive joggers. And that is EXACTLY what they were. These joggers are super cute – I got the green ones since it’s a color I don’t have. And they were so soft. I’m 5’8”, so I grabbed a size Medium… and they are also a really good length on my leg – not too short. They have pockets on both sides too. I highly recommend these, especially for the price. Linked here.

That’s it for my favorite January purchases. Keep an eye out for the February favorites coming at the end of the month 😊
